Why you are reading this
The US Federal Trade Commission expects anyone recommending a product to disclose a financial connection to the seller clearly and where people will actually see it. Ours is a commission on sales. It is stated in the footer of every page, next to the order links, and here in full.
Where we sit in all this
We did not make it. The formula is somebody else’s, and so is the factory, the bottling line and the van.
Not the retailer. Your order, your payment, your card details and your refund all go somewhere else entirely.
Not endorsed by either of them. Nothing here is the brand’s own statement, except where we quote it and say so.
What the commission does not change
An incentive to be positive is a real thing, and pretending otherwise would be silly. What we can do is set rules for ourselves and then tell you what they are, so you can check whether we keep them.
- No invented numbers. The manufacturer does not publish ingredient amounts, so you will not find any here — not even as a range.
- No promises about results. We say what an ingredient is in there to support, and stop. Nothing on this site tells you what will happen to you.
- The downsides are on the homepage. The caffeine, who should check with a doctor first, and a plain statement of what the product is not — all of it is on page one rather than buried.
- Reviews are labelled as the manufacturer’s. We did not collect them and we do not present them as ours.
- No false badges. No dietary supplement is “FDA approved”. We were supplied with badges saying otherwise and they are not on this site.
Who decides what goes on the site
We do. Neither the brand nor the retailer reviews, approves or pays for our content, and nobody gets to see a page before it goes up.
How the tracking works
Order links carry an identifier so the retailer knows which website sent the sale. If you arrive with campaign information in the web address, that is passed along too. None of it identifies you to us personally — see our privacy policy.
Advertising
We do not run display advertising. If that ever changes, any ad will be clearly distinguishable from our own writing, and this page will say so first.
